At Best Vibrators, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened, factory-sealed products. Due to the intimate nature of our items, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the item in a plain, discreet box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
